From Liberty: So this is happening. I am at last, finally, enthusiastically and carefully writing a book. A brain dump, in my voice, and from my experience of 20 years obsessed with women’s fitness. It is not a crash diet or miracle-in-30-days kind of book, nor is it a magic pill or secret to losing weight that no one has yet to reveal. It is simply a method. A thought-process if you will. A way of LIVING that is real, attainable and forever. It is a lifestyle for real results for real women and I hope that the information I share will change women’s lives all over the world.
Many have asked me, “what took you so long?” Honestly? Fear, doubt, an un-truth that I didn’t have time. I also feel that until now - I was not ready. Not mentally, not even physically. I truly had to experience EVERYTHING, including letting go of an extreme lifestyle that was not realistic or even healthy for me to continue. I love long-distance running and pushing myself as far as my body will let me...but I could not expect others to do the same, or even share that it was a healthy way to live in balance and be “real.” I’ve become real with myself lately and would like to share that reality with any woman who will listen because it feels, well it feels right. That is why it took me so long. It finally feels right.
I am not a medical professional but I am a fitness fanatic, expert...some call me a guru (which makes me blush.) I like to call myself a womens fitness information aggregator. Someone who obsesses over finding the BEST information from other experts to share with women who want to live the happiest, most healthfully balanced life they can possibly live. It just so happens that I have personally tried everything there is to try when it comes to fitness and weight loss and in this book I will share the secrets I have discovered in that journey. This is about finding happy, not perfection. Healthy, not thin. Balanced, not extreme. Progressive, effective, efficient, real.

As we prep for Monday we realize how many little things we need to accomplish throughout the week. It’s incredible what you can accomplish in just 5 minutes. Time yourself! Today in 5 minutes we checked 6 items off our to-do list just being mindful of busting it all out efficiently. Avoid getting overwhelmed by your list - set your timer and surprise yourself with what you can get done! ✅
